Refund Policy

Due to the fundraising nature of this event, refunds are not available. If you are unable to participate, we will make sure you get the materials that come with your generous donation. If the pickup and race dates do not work for you, we will arrange a post-event packet mailing for any bibs and shirts that remain unclaimed.

 

Cancellation Policy

It is our goal to proceed with the race as planned unless there is an active policy against outdoor activity or a shelter-in-place order from the City of Greensboro or State of North Carolina due to COVID-19 or a natural disaster that makes conditions for racers and staff unsafe.

In the event of a cancellation, the race entry fee is considered a donation to the Mammography Scholarship Fund and the Alight Program. Participants will still receive their race materials.
