Set "From" and "Reply To"
Go to Email Marketing >> Manage Email Settings to confirm and/or edit the default "From" and "Reply To" addresses that appear anytime an automated or manual email is sent from RunSignUp.
Private Labeling
There is now an option to set up Simple White Labeling. Setting up simple white labeling without setting up advanced white labeling may impact your email deliverability rates. When emails are sent, they are verified against the domain/website from which they are sent.
- No private labeling: When your email is NOT private labeled (simple or advanced), there are DKIM records that identify it. Your email "From" address will appear with <noreply@runsignup.com>:
- Simple Private Labeling: You can enable this by checking the box, but it may decrease your email deliverability because there is not a domain to verify emails. Your emails will appear with just the "From".
- Advanced Private Labeling: This is an option for advanced users. Direction on how to set this up can be found here.
