Create Templates
Default Email Template
RunSignUp's new email template is the default template for all automated and manual emails.
Miss the Old Email Templates?
You can still use legacy email templates with the full range of options to customize by going to Email Marketing >> New Email Template.
- Go to Email Marketing >> Manage Email Templates >> New Email Template
- Select RunSignUp Template Options
- Add a Template Name - choose something descriptive that you'll be able to remember
- Customize display options
- Click Create New Email Template to save the template to the system
Build Your Own Template
You can create a blank template with minimal design. Alternatively, you can paste source code that you create or that you copy & paste from an external email client. As an example, I created an email template in MailChimp and pasted the source code into RunSignUp
- Go to Email Marketing >> New Email Template
- Create a Blank Template
- Add a Template Name - choose something descriptive that you'll be able to remember
- Click Create New Email Template
- From here, you can create your own template using the text & image options in the editor bar. You can also paste your own source code or external source code by clicking <>
- Once you have created your template, click Save Template Customization at the bottom of the page.
