I have been with Runner’s High for about 23 years. I originally joined RHC to run, but now I run so I can hang out with the people in RHC. I have run enough half-marathons in Houston to be considered a “legacy” runner, and several other runs of varying length in other parts of the world. I always take my shoes along when I travel; it’s a thrilling thing to watch the sun rise over the Thames River in London, or see the Pacific Ocean waves crashing in Big Sur, California, or run along a rural back road in the early morning somewhere in America.
I’ve been a cross-country endurance runner for a very long time; long enough to injure everything twice, so I have a lot of practical knowledge about how to stay on the trail the entire season without injury. Feel free to ask me for practical tips.
Every year I'm always excited when the training season begins, and I want to do everything I can to help you meet your running goal
