I can geek out about lactate threshold, VO2 Max and pace charts all day, but let’s keep it simple and work with the RHC plan to hit our goal race paces. Just keep showing up and you’ll see the benefits.
A bit about me: I’ve been running since 1996, I’m a middle of the pack runner, I love destination races almost as much as supporting our local race directors and I love a tasty post-run brunch.
