I have been running alone for years, never competitively, but primarily for fun, exercise and mental detox. In 2018 I joined Runner's High Club and my life as a runner changed for better. I found myself immersed in a world of early risers, camaraderie, fun, commitment, longer distances, tips about healthy nutrition, comfortable footwear, different paces, proper posture and safe practices. Since then I am stronger, faster and in good company. I have run a half marathon and 3 full marathons. I still want to improve, so I continue to run with RHC. You should as well!
