What’s up Runners High Club! This is Coach Brandon and I am track and field coach and personal trainer with 10+ years of experience. I have worked with runners of all ages ranging from 6-year-olds all the way to 75-year-old marathon runners! I really enjoyed my time speaking with you all and showing you guys some stretches and exercises to help improve your running capabilities. Injury Prevention for Runners (Oct 8, 2022)
Dr. Elias Madrid, DC, MS, of Elite Spine and Health Center will walk us through some common injuries that runners may experience, how to avoid them, and how to diagnose and treat them if you get them. Elias is a runner and knows of what he speaks; a number of RHC runners have had treatment at Elite SHC.
