Catherine Kruppa, MS, RD, CSSD, LD is the founder/owner of Advice for Eating, a company that provides clients with a wide array of nutrition, health and wellness services that are unique to their lifestyles. Catherine is also an accomplished runner and racer, so she knows of what she speaks. Get ready to learn about how to eat and hydrate for your training season, and how to prepare for your long runs and longest run!

Injury Prevention for Runners - Sep. 29 at 6:00 PM

Dr. Bill Cheong, Lead Chiropractor of Elite Spine and Health Center will walk us through some common injuries that runners may experience, how to avoid them, and how to diagnose and treat them if you get them. Billy is a runner and knows of what he speaks, and has treated a number of RHC members.
