Congratulations on starting or continuing your running adventure. I was told after a pretty serious back injury that I would probably never be able to run, and it took years (and a nudge from a close friend) for me to decide to try it anyway. I ran my first half marathon in 2011 and my personal running journey began. Running has made me physically and mentally stronger. It has gotten me through my hardest moments and has also been a way to celebrate my happiest ones. I have run 3 full and over 20 half marathons since I began training with Runners High Club in 2012 (Half PR 1:47). I can’t wait to train with you this season and help you with any training or nutrition-related questions you have.
